Threatening, harassing or assaulting ANGKAS employee, co-drivers and customers

Posting any malicious content with a clear intention to harm the company's reputation or speaking foul against the company in ANY platform. (Social Media, messenger services, public and private meetings and gatherings, SMS, etc..)

Posting of customers’ information (Name/Phone Number/Email Address/Picture and/or Videos/Booking Details) in any platform that can potentially compromise customers’ safety and privacy unless with the consent of the passenger.

Any incident reported by the customers to the authority related to criminal acts like sex and indecency offenses, violence against pax and possession of illegal substances (external authorities and the internal crisis committee)

Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs

Involvement in any serious incident reported by the customer to the authority (Police, barangay, NBI) which concerns safety or can be considered a heinous crime

Causing hurt or injury to a passenger or any person through carelessness or intentional behavior

Selling of any Angkas branded materials within or outside platform without permission for personal gain

Using of any Angkas issued materials outside platform

Patronizing or encouraging others to do bookings outside platform

Using a different motorcycle

Ferrying 2 or more passengers

Convicted of any criminal case or offense

Any actions, within or outside the Angkas platform that affects Integrity and damaging reputation (Ex: Fraud/Cheating,dishonest, False accusation)

Falsifying documents (Ex: NBI/Brgy or Police Clearance/Proof of Income/License/Angkas ID)

Driving with expired motorcycle registration

Driving without a valid license
